Christian Education is offered throughout the school year for adults, youth and children. Classes are held in between the contemporary and traditional services so that the whole church might participate in education opportunities together. Nursery is provided for infants and toddlers.
A new adult education class starts September 7th at 9:45. Join Rev. Gary Kush for "Christ's Humor and Our Humanity." We will study Jesus' humor of the unexpected, the humor of justice, the humor of repetition, the humor of irony and other forms of humor.
The Big Event is an educational experience sponsored by the Presbytery of Grand Canyon every two years. There will be the opportunity to participate in two classes, plus lunch and fellowship. Classes offered will include: Spiritual Practices to Subvert the Spirit of Consumerism, What You Always Wanted to Know About Being Clerk, Spiritual Direction, Chasing God, Keeping Sabbath, Worship As a Way of Life, and many more.
